How long does MTS keep your Personal Data?

You are also entitled to object to the processing of your Personal Data or to request restriction thereof. You can also contact our Data Protection Officer, “DPO” by sending an email to DPO@mts.com. You also have the right to report a complaint with your local data protection authority.
When MTS receives a request from a data subject concerning the processing of their Personal Data, the DPO and Office of Risk and Compliance will evaluate whether MTS is required to grant the data subject’s request and take any action as may be appropriate and in compliance with applicable law.
